Seerat Gill has been working in the private-unaided higher education sector for four years. She is finishing her PhD thesis in Thapar University (India). She had previously studied management at the University of Warwick (UK). Her research is in the domain of quality, private-unaided HE, leadership, and organization behaviour. Seerat is also interested in studying the impact of teacher effectiveness on the transformative quality in a private-unaided HEI.She has authored several research papers, and presented in prestigious conferences. Besides that, she likes to write regularly for national dailies, and travel.
