Wycliffe Otieno, M.Ed. and B.Ed (Kenyatta University), Nairobi Kenya and is currently a Lecturer in Educational Planning and Economics of Education at the same university. Previously, he was an Associate Researcher, Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR) and Programme Advisor, National School Feeding Council of Kenya (NSFCK). Otieno has also taught at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and the University of Nairobi’s College of Education and External Studies (CEES).
