PROPHE's geographical scope is global. “Global” very much encompasses the hugely significant yet highly atypical U.S. case. PROPHE has special interest both in countries with large private higher education sectors and in simultaneously striving to be as inclusive as possible. PROPHE encourages serious research wherever it can and it welcomes collaboration in gathering data, laws, and other documents from all countries.
